The Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank in East Chicago, IN, is dedicated to improving the quality of life for low-income individuals living with dysphagia by offering essential resources such as food thickeners, pre-modified foods, therapy tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment.
