Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE)

The Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) in Dyer, IN, is dedicated to empowering seniors with chronic care needs to live independently in their own homes for as long as possible. We offer a comprehensive range of medical and supportive services tailored to each participant, including adult daycare, nutrition counseling, therapies, meal programs, medical care, dental care, vision care, in-home care, and necessary hospital and nursing home care.
