Financial Assistance Funds

Located in Demotte, IN, Financial Assistance Funds is dedicated to supporting children with special health care needs and their families through vital financial resources. Our program offers assistance for both medical and non-medical expenses, helping cover essential medical costs such as prescriptions, medical bills, and durable medical equipment. In addition, we offer support for home and vehicle modifications, daily living expenses including food and utilities, and travel costs related to accessing healthcare. Grants of up to $500 per family per year are available to ease the burden of these necessary expenses. We review all requests in the order they are received, striving to respond within a minimum of 15 business days.
