Health Classes

Family Health Centers, Inc. (FHC) is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to ensuring that residents in Corydon, IN, have access to high-quality primary and preventive health care services, regardless of their financial situation. With a commitment to treating everyone with the same care we offer our own families, FHC provides free and low-cost health classes designed to empower individuals in managing their health and preventing disease. Our diverse range of programs includes Healthy Living initiatives such as Freedom From Smoking, aerobics, yoga, weight loss strategies, diabetes management, and chronic disease education, as well as Pregnancy and Parenting classes focusing on healthy pregnancy, childbirth, and child safety. We warmly welcome everyone to participate in our individual and group programs, many of which are open to the public, offering essential tools and support for a healthier community.
