MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program in Connersville, IN, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of our Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity and connect them with tailored weight management solutions that meet their unique needs. We offer a variety of care options, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and our innovative TeleMOVE! program, which provides in-home messaging and clinician support. For those who prefer self-guided management, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is available, and we also provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who continue to face challenges.
