Women, Infants and Children (WIC)

Located in Columbus, IN, Women, Infants and Children (WIC) is a vital federally-funded nutrition program dedicated to supporting the health and wellbeing of pregnant, breastfeeding, and postpartum women, as well as infants and children under five. Our mission is to provide essential food assistance through supplemental nutritious foods, along with comprehensive nutrition education and counseling designed to empower families. WIC also offers referrals to other critical health and social services, ensuring that the families we serve receive holistic support for their needs. We welcome those already enrolled in Medicaid, Food Stamps, and TANF, making them income eligible for our program, and are committed to fostering a healthier future for all children and their families in our community.
