Nutrition for Longevity (N4L), located in Columbus, IN, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of eligible clients by providing Home Delivered Meals and Medically Tailored Meals to those covered under Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS), or the Older Americans Act. Our meals are designed by a Registered Dietitian to meet specific nutrient requirements, accommodating a range of medical conditions such as Chronic Kidney Disease, Congestive Heart Failure, and more. We understand the importance of dietary restrictions and provide meals that are free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork. For those eligible under Medicaid or the Older Americans Act, meal delivery assistance varies by state and program, and clients are encouraged to consult their Case Manager or local Area Agency on Aging for guidance. Medicare Advantage beneficiaries can check if their plans include meal services, while individuals seeking home-delivered meals without coverage can opt for our self-pay program, offering meals for just $7.75 each, with full flexibility in meal selection. N4L also provides Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling, ensuring comprehensive support for our clients' dietary needs.
