Community Living Services

Community Living Services in Columbus, IN, is dedicated to empowering individuals through personalized in-home and community-based activities. Our comprehensive programs are designed to support activities of daily living, budgeting and money management, meal preparation, personal care needs, and health, wellness, and safety training. We also provide transportation and community access to ensure that everyone can participate fully in their communities. Funded through Indiana’s Home and Community Based Services Waivers—including CIH, Family Support, and A&D Waivers—our mission is to foster independence and enhance the quality of life for those we serve with warmth and dedication.
