Family Health Centers, Inc. (FHC) is a welcoming not-for-profit community health center in Charlestown, IN, dedicated to delivering high-quality primary and preventive health care services to all residents, regardless of their ability to pay. Our mission is to treat every individual and family with the same care and compassion we would wish for our own loved ones. We offer a range of free and low-cost health classes designed to empower patients with the knowledge and skills to enhance their health and prevent disease. Our programs include Healthy Living initiatives such as Freedom From Smoking classes, aerobics and yoga sessions, weight loss support, diabetes and chronic disease management classes, as well as Pregnancy and Parenting resources including childbirth preparation, breastfeeding education, and child safety programs.
