Health Classes at Family Health Centers, Inc. in Charlestown, IN, are dedicated to empowering our community with essential health knowledge and support. As a not-for-profit community health center, we believe that everyone deserves access to high-quality primary and preventive health care services, regardless of their ability to pay. Our mission is to provide the same level of care and attention that we would want for our own families. We offer a wide range of free and low-cost health classes designed to help improve overall well-being and prevent disease, including programs for healthy living, such as Freedom From Smoking, aerobics, weight loss, and chronic disease management. We also provide pregnancy and parenting classes, focusing on healthy pregnancy, childbirth, and child safety, as well as tailored programs for refugees. Most of our classes are open to the public, and we invite you to participate in our offerings to enhance your health and wellness.
