Family Health Centers, Inc. (FHC) is a dedicated not-for-profit community health center located in Charlestown, IN, committed to enhancing the health and well-being of residents in Louisville and Jefferson County. Our mission is to ensure access to high-quality primary and preventive health care services for all, regardless of ability to pay. Guided by the philosophy of providing care that we would want for our own families, FHC offers a diverse range of free and low-cost health classes designed to equip individuals with the information and support needed to improve health outcomes and prevent disease. Our offerings include Healthy Living programs such as Freedom From Smoking, aerobics, yoga, weight loss, diabetes management, and chronic disease management. We also provide essential Pregnancy and Parenting classes covering healthy pregnancy, childbirth, breastfeeding, and child safety, as well as programs tailored for refugees.
