Patient Aid Program

Based in Cedar Lake, IN, the Patient Aid Program is dedicated to alleviating the financial burdens faced by individuals dealing with critical health issues by offering a one-time stipend of $100 to offset essential non-medical expenses such as transportation, food, housing, and utilities. Our mission is to provide timely emergency payments to those in need while ensuring that assistance is accessible to improve the quality of life for patients.
