Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) proudly serves the Cedar Lake, IN community by offering Home Delivered Meals and Medically Tailored Meals to individuals eligible under Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports, and the Older Americans Act. Our program is designed to promote health and wellness through meals crafted by a Registered Dietitian, catering to specific medical conditions such as Chronic Kidney Disease and Congestive Heart Failure. We prioritize dietary restrictions by ensuring our meals are free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork. For clients connected with Medicaid or Older Americans programs, eligibility for meal delivery can be verified through your Case Manager or local Area Agency on Aging. Additionally, Medicare Advantage beneficiaries may access meals as part of their health support services. N4L also offers a self-pay option for those wishing to enjoy our home-delivered meals for just $7.75 each, providing flexibility and convenience without the need for insurance. Beyond meals, we provide Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling, tailoring our approach to foster optimal health for each client.
