Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) in Carmel, IN is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of individuals through our Home Delivered Meals program. We specialize in providing Medically Tailored Meals designed by a Registered Dietitian to support clients with specific nutritional needs, including those facing challenges from Chronic Kidney Disease, End Stage Renal Disease, and Congestive Heart Failure. Our meals cater to various dietary restrictions, being free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork. We serve clients under Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports programs, and the Older Americans Act, with eligibility varying by state and program. N4L also welcomes individuals who prefer a self-pay option, allowing them to choose meals for just $7.75 each, plus a flat shipping fee. Additionally, we offer Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling services.
