Food Bank

Located in Carmel, IN, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to improving the lives of low-income individuals with dysphagia by providing essential food assistance and therapeutic resources. We offer a range of services including specialized food thickeners, pre-modified foods, therapy tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment, all aimed at ensuring individuals receive the support they need for effective nutrition management.
