At Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) in Brownsburg, IN, we believe that everyone deserves access to nourishing meals tailored to their specific needs. Our Home Delivered Meals and Medically Tailored Meals are crafted by Registered Dietitians and designed to support the health of eligible clients under Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS), and the Older Americans Act. We understand the challenges many individuals face, including those with conditions such as Chronic Kidney Disease and Congestive Heart Failure, which is why our meals are free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork. In addition to providing meals at no cost for Medicaid and Older Americans Act recipients, we also offer a self-pay option for those who wish to enjoy the convenience of home-delivered nutrition for just $7.75 per meal. Our commitment extends beyond meals, as we also provide Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling.
