Located in Boonville, IN, Financial Assistance for Families Working in the Restaurant Industry, also known as CORE, is dedicated to supporting food and beverage service employees and their families facing financial difficulties due to illness or medical emergencies. Our mission is to provide crucial financial assistance that covers a range of essential expenses, including rent or mortgage, utilities, medical bills and supplies, funeral costs, therapy, as well as daily child needs such as diapers and food. Additionally, we assist with childcare costs to ensure that families can focus on recovery without the burden of financial stress. We believe that no family should have to choose between their health and their financial stability, and we are here to offer support. Former grant recipients can reapply after 12 months for additional assistance, ensuring we are a continual resource for those in need, up to a lifetime cap of $7,500.
