Jim Baugh

Jim Baugh is a compassionate and dedicated clinical social worker and therapist, holding an MSW and LCSW. He understands that change can be unsettling and often frightening; however, he believes that this period of uncertainty provides a platform for individuals to move through difficult times and foster positive change in their lives. Jim values human life, dignity, and recognizes the uniqueness of each person. He is committed to helping clients discover their inherent strengths to tackle life's challenges, even when they feel powerless. Adopting a strengths-based perspective, Jim listens with genuine compassion and without judgment. His approach validates clients' concerns and actively involves them in the journey toward the change they desire. Jim has an extensive professional background, including inpatient and outpatient behavioral health, stress management, crisis intervention, and emergency trauma care. His clinical expertise encompasses long-term skilled care, hospice, end-of-life care, and therapeutic work within the corrections system. As a Military Veteran, Jim has a special interest in supporting Veterans and First Responders. His primary focus is to foster resilience and meet clients wherever they are in their personal journeys.
