Catherine Colbert, a Staff Therapist at Compassionate Living Now, brings over 10 years of valuable experience in diverse settings including home, school, office, and community environments. With a trauma-informed approach and specialized training in EMDR, she excels in addressing a range of issues such as depression, anxiety, borderline personality disorder, and substance use.
