We cater to individuals eligible for Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS), and the Older Americans Act, as well as offering a self-pay option for those looking for nutritious meal delivery. Our meals are designed by Registered Dietitians to address specific health needs related to various medical conditions like Chronic Kidney Disease, End Stage Renal Disease, and Congestive Heart Failure while ensuring they are free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork. We work closely with clients, their Case Managers, and local agencies to ensure access to our services.
