In Bedford, IN, Hoosier Uplands is dedicated to enhancing the lives of homebound individuals through our Home Delivered Meals program. We understand the importance of proper nutrition, which is why we provide regular deliveries of nutritious meals Monday through Thursday, ensuring that our clients receive hot or frozen lunches tailored to their needs, including diabetic options available with a doctor’s order. To accommodate those within a five mile radius of our Senior Center, we deliver hot meals directly to your door, while those located farther away will receive frozen meals to ensure continuous support. Although we suggest a donation of $1.40, it is not mandatory, making our service accessible to all in need. Our meals meet the requirements of CHOICE, Title III, and Medicaid Waiver programs, reinforcing our commitment to nutritional support and care for the community.
