MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Angola, IN, is dedicated to the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to identify and support every Veteran in our care by annually screening for obesity and guiding them to tailored weight management solutions that suit their lifestyles. We offer a variety of care options, including engaging group sessions, personalized telephone lifestyle coaching, and our innovative TeleMOVE! program for convenient in-home support. Veterans seeking more independent management can utilize our MOVE! Coach mobile app, while those facing persistent weight challenges may explore advanced options like weight loss medications and bariatric surgery. We invite Veterans to connect with their local MOVE! Coordinator or VA provider to discover how we can support their journey towards better health.
