Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) is dedicated to providing essential Home Delivered Meals and Medically Tailored Meals to residents of Angola, IN, who are covered by Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports, and the Older Americans Act. Our program ensures that clients receive nutritious meals, meticulously planned by a Registered Dietitian to address various health needs, including conditions such as Chronic Kidney Disease and Congestive Heart Failure. Our offerings are carefully crafted to be free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork for greater accessibility. For those enrolled in Medicaid and Older Americans Act programs, meal delivery eligibility varies, so we encourage clients to consult with their Case Managers or local Area Agencies on Aging for assistance. Additionally, we extend our services to Medicare Advantage beneficiaries, identifying options through their plan materials. For individuals seeking flexibility, our self-pay program allows custom meal selection at an affordable cost of $7.75 per meal, making it easier for everyone to enjoy the convenience and health benefits of home-delivered meals. At N4L, we also provide Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling to further support our clients' health journeys.
