Our Family Support team is committed to delivering accurate information and comprehensive assistance from the moment of diagnosis, ensuring families navigate this journey with confidence. We offer a range of services, including personalized parent mentoring, nutritional education to promote healthy eating, behavior management strategies, and expert help with navigating Medicaid, insurance applications, Supplemental Security Income (SSI), and Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) processes.
