MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program in Anderson, IN, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Additionally, Veterans can utilize the MOVE! Coach mobile app for self-directed weight management or access medical interventions such as weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for those facing ongoing challenges.
