MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Zion, IL, is dedicated to enhancing the well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to support every Veteran who receives care at VA facilities by providing annual obesity screenings and personalized referrals to appropriate weight management services. We offer a variety of options tailored to fit individual needs, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and our innovative TeleMOVE! program which incorporates in-home messaging and clinician support. For those who prefer self-management, the MOVE! Coach mobile app provides a convenient way to track progress. Additionally, we facilitate access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans facing persistent challenges with their weight.
