Meal Support Program

The Meal Support Program in Woodstock, IL, is dedicated to providing free and accessible meal support for individuals over 16 who are navigating the challenges of eating disorders at the outpatient level of care. Our program offers live, facilitated virtual drop-in group meals that foster a welcoming environment for participants to enjoy nutritious food while receiving essential support from trained nutrition practitioners. With meal support sessions available four times daily, including both lunch and dinner options, attendees can join as many sessions as they need to fit their schedules. Our focus is on creating a safe space for recovery, where individuals can find connection and encouragement throughout their journey.
