Located in Woodstock, IL, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to providing essential food assistance and specialized resources for individuals with dysphagia. We offer a range of vital supplies, including food thickeners, pre-modified foods, therapy tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment to support low-income individuals in managing their dietary needs effectively. Our mission is to enhance the quality of life for those facing swallowing difficulties by ensuring they have access to the necessary tools and support.
