Lindsey Jensen

Lindsey Jensen is a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who earned her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Arizona and her Master's degree in Social Work from Arizona State University. With a wealth of experience in community mental health centers, inpatient and residential settings, public schools, and outpatient care, Lindsey finds fulfillment in supporting children, adolescents, and adults facing challenges with emotional regulation, life transitions, relationships, anxiety, and depression. Her therapeutic philosophy is grounded in the belief that every individual possesses resilience and the potential for growth, regardless of their circumstances. Lindsey's approach includes strong person-centered interventions and seamlessly integrates techniques from Art and Play therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, Psychoeducation, Brainspotting, and Mindfulness to create customized healing experiences for her clients. Using Brainspotting, she assists individuals in neurobiologically processing and alleviating emotional and physical pain that may be difficult to access consciously. Outside of her professional life, Lindsey enjoys a range of activities including exercising, reading, traveling, and cherishing moments with her friends and family.
