Our mission is to deliver culturally-sensitive and linguistically-appropriate healthcare services, ensuring that medically underserved populations receive accessible and high-quality care. As a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), we proudly offer a comprehensive range of primary health care services, including General Primary Care, OB-GYN, Pediatrics, Cardiology, Immunizations, Health Education, Nutrition, and Immigration Physicals. We are committed to fostering a supportive environment where families can find hope, help, and healing, while also encouraging patients to complete our Patient Registration form before their visit to minimize wait times.
