At the American Indian Health Service of Chicago (AIHSC) in Wheeling, IL, we are proud to be the only Urban Indian Health Program in Illinois, dedicated to delivering essential Primary Healthcare, Mental Health, and Community Health Services to the American Indian population as well as other underserved groups. Our mission focuses on providing culturally sensitive care for individuals of all ages, ensuring that we address the complex needs of our patients through an integrated model that combines behavioral health and primary care. Our comprehensive services include chronic disease management, women’s health services, cancer screenings, vaccinations, and pediatric care, all aimed at fostering overall well-being. We believe in interdisciplinary teamwork as a foundation for healthcare, and we accommodate various insurance plans along with sliding scale options for self-pay patients.
