MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Wheeling, IL, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened for obesity each year and connected to tailored weight management options that align with their unique needs and preferences.
