Cancer Transitions, located in Wheeling, IL, is dedicated to empowering cancer survivors through a comprehensive, evidence-based program designed for individuals who have completed treatment for any type of cancer. Although primarily focused on those who have finished their treatment within the last 24 months, our resources are beneficial to survivors at any stage in their journey.
