Youth Afterschool Enrichment

Youth Afterschool Enrichment in Wheeling, IL, offers a vibrant program designed to support students in grades 1-8 during the fall and spring semesters. With sessions running from 5:00 to 8:00 pm on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, our program provides essential tutoring and homework assistance, coupled with nourishing snacks and hot dinners to fuel young minds. Participants engage in physical activities in our open gym, while also benefiting from nutrition education that promotes healthy habits. We celebrate cultural diversity through opportunities in Mexican folkloric dance, art, and music classes. Although our in-person program is currently suspended due to COVID-19, we are committed to helping families by offering online tutoring via Zoom and providing at-home activity kits.
