Based in Wheeling, IL, CORE is dedicated to providing crucial financial assistance to food and beverage service employees facing financial hardship due to illness or medical emergencies. Our mission is to support families in the restaurant industry by alleviating the pressures of unexpected expenses, such as rent or mortgage, utilities, medical bills, therapy, and childcare costs, including necessities like diapers and formula. We understand that difficult times can arise unexpectedly, and we strive to offer practical help to those in need. Former recipients of CORE grants can apply again after 12 months for the same or new qualifying conditions, with a lifetime cap of $7,500 to ensure our assistance reaches as many families as possible. Together, we can help families navigate their challenges and find stability in their lives.
