Located in Wheeling, IL, Adult Health is committed to providing comprehensive adult care that encompasses prenatal health, family planning, and a variety of essential health services in a safe, bilingual environment. Our mission focuses on empowering individuals to take an active role in their healthcare journey. We offer a range of services including preventive care and annual exams for both women and men, health education, nutrition counseling, chronic disease management (such as obesity and diabetes), work physicals, STI screenings and treatment, as well as contraception and comprehensive medical screenings. Our proactive approach includes prevention, early detection, and management of chronic conditions like hypertension and asthma, alongside facilitating referrals for specialized services such as mammograms. We welcome patients of all backgrounds, accepting Medicaid and providing a sliding scale fee for those who are uninsured or underinsured and meet low-income criteria.
