Located in Wheaton, IL, the Step Up Assistance Program is dedicated to providing vital resources and compassionate support for families in need or facing crisis. Through our helpline, we connect individuals with essential services while offering 1:1 peer support chat sessions that last from one to eight weeks, led by trained facilitators. Our online and outreach peer support groups foster a friendly environment where participants can engage in activities such as meditation, relaxation exercises, and educational on-demand content.
