Frederika Theus, PsyD, is a dedicated psychologist with over 25 years of experience in supporting children, teens, and adults with special needs, as well as their families. Her practice, rooted in a deep understanding of traditional psychotherapy, uniquely blends specialized interventions tailored to meet the individual strengths and needs of her clients. Having begun her journey as a learning disabilities teacher, Frederika brings a wealth of knowledge in addressing a wide array of concerns including intellectual disability, ADHD, trauma, and PTSD. She is particularly focused on providing trauma-informed care for individuals with developmental disabilities, ensuring that each client is met with compassion and respect, regardless of their cultural, ethnic, sexual, or religious backgrounds.
