Located in West Chicago, IL, the Hamdard Center for Health and Human Services is a dedicated non-profit community health center focused on enhancing the physical, emotional, and psychological well-being of individuals and families. With a mission to provide hope, help, and healing, we offer culturally-sensitive and linguistically-appropriate services to medically underserved populations. As a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), we are committed to delivering a full range of primary health care services that are accessible and community-directed. Our offerings include General Primary Care, Family Medicine, OB-GYN, Health Education and Nutrition, Cardiology, Immunizations, School Physicals, Immigration Physicals, and Pediatrics.
