OvarCare Patient Assistance Program

OvarCare Patient Assistance Program, located in West Chicago, IL, is dedicated to providing essential support for women battling ovarian cancer. We understand the unique challenges faced by these resilient individuals and offer a tailored financial assistance package to alleviate some of their burdens. Our program includes a financial grant of $200, a $100 gas card, and a $100 grocery card, all designed to help patients manage their daily needs. Additionally, we provide access to psycho-social counseling sessions conducted by licensed clinical social workers and genetic counseling phone consultations with licensed genetic counselors. We encourage physicians, nurses, and social workers to submit applications on behalf of patients in need.
