Financial Assistance for Families Working in the Restaurant Industry

Located in West Chicago, IL, CORE is dedicated to providing immediate financial assistance to families working in the restaurant industry who are facing hardships due to illness or medical emergencies. Our mission is to support food and beverage service employees and their children by covering essential expenses such as rent, utilities, medical bills, and daycare costs. We understand the unique challenges these families face, and our program aims to alleviate some of the financial burdens with compassionate, practical assistance. Former grant recipients can reapply after 12 months for support related to the same or a new qualifying circumstance, with a lifetime cap of $7,500 to ensure that we can assist as many families as possible. At CORE, we are committed to being a reliable source of help in times of need, because every family deserves support during their toughest moments.
