Located in Waukegan, IL, the Hamdard Center for Health and Human Services is a dedicated non-profit community health center committed to promoting the physical and emotional well-being of individuals and families. We focus on providing hope and healing through culturally-sensitive and linguistically-appropriate healthcare services designed for medically underserved populations. As a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), we offer a comprehensive range of primary healthcare services, including general primary care, OB-GYN, health education and nutrition, cardiology, immunizations, school physicals, immigration physicals, and pediatrics. Our aim is to ensure that every member of our diverse, heavily immigrant community has access to high-quality, coordinated care that meets their unique needs. We encourage new patients to complete our Patient Registration form before their visit to help reduce waiting times and ensure a streamlined experience.
