Food Bank

Located in Waukegan, IL, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to supporting low-income individuals with dysphagia by providing vital resources such as food thickeners, pre-modified foods, therapy tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment. Our mission is to ensure that those in need have access to the specialized food assistance and tools necessary for their health and wellbeing, making a meaningful impact on their daily lives.
