Women, Infants, and Children (WIC)

The Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) program in Streamwood, IL, is dedicated to ensuring that pregnant, breastfeeding, and post-partum women, along with infants and children under five, receive the nutritional support they need for healthy development. As a part of the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program funded by the USDA, WIC offers vital services including nutrition education, counseling, and breastfeeding support, while providing vouchers for nutritious foods to help families access healthy options. We also connect participants with additional health and social services, embodying our commitment to fostering healthier families and a stronger community.
