Dr. Sara Bahn is a highly skilled clinical psychologist with over 25 years of experience in providing therapeutic services to a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, parents, couples, families, adults, corporations, and military personnel. She adopts a holistic and integrative approach, grounded in a strength-based perspective, tailoring her methods to meet the specific needs and goals of each individual. With a focus on personal growth, health and wellness, and the journey of self-examination, Dr. Bahn blends various healing modalities and psychotherapeutic strategies for effective symptom relief. Her areas of expertise include treating depression, anxiety, grief and loss, PTSD, addictions, and medical life concerns such as fibromyalgia and chronic pain. Dr. Bahn is also experienced in working with autistic spectrum disorders, ADHD, and cultural identity issues, as well as interpersonal challenges at work or in intimate relationships.
