Disaster Relief Program

The American Kidney Fund’s Disaster Relief Program is dedicated to supporting kidney patients in Springfield, IL, and surrounding areas affected by floods, hurricanes, tornadoes, and other disasters. By providing essential financial assistance, our program helps individuals recover from the catastrophic effects of natural disasters. We offer disaster relief grants that enable patients to replace lost medications, obtain special renal diet foods, secure temporary housing, cover transportation costs to treatment, and replace clothing and personal essentials.
