Located in Skokie, IL, the American Indian Health Service of Chicago (AIHSC) proudly stands as the sole Urban Indian Health Program in Illinois, dedicated to delivering comprehensive primary healthcare and mental health services to the American Indian community and other underserved populations. Our integrated model combines primary care and behavioral health, addressing the complex needs of our patients through interdisciplinary teamwork. Additionally, we ensure accessibility through sliding scale payments and partnerships that provide discounted medications and labs for those who are uninsured or underinsured.
