Laura Lange

Laura Lange is a compassionate Clinical Social Worker and Therapist, dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate their healing journeys. Many of her clients express feelings of disconnection from themselves or an inability to live the lives they desire. They often struggle with overwhelming negative thoughts, fear, anxiety, and a sense of being stuck, as previous coping mechanisms no longer serve them. Laura's extensive experience includes clinical leadership and providing care for clients dealing with trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, and body image concerns. She emphasizes empathy combined with evidence-based treatments, recognizing the profound impact of healing within a supportive community. As the Executive Clinical Director and co-founder of Skyway Behavioral Health, a Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient center, Laura focuses on complex trauma, PTSD, mood disorders, anxiety, eating disorders, and co-occurring personality disorders. The center offers comprehensive, evidence-based trauma and eating disorder treatments, full fidelity Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and body-based modalities, all designed to address root causes rather than merely alleviating surface symptoms. Laura’s mission is to support patients and their loved ones in overcoming traumatic stress, guiding them toward sustained recovery, safety, and a fulfilling life.
