Kevin Lanham

Kevin Lanham is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor who understands that relationships are fundamental to health and happiness. He believes that the challenges people face in therapy often arise from difficulties in connecting with others, whether in romantic, interpersonal, peer, parent-child, or work contexts. Kevin fosters a safe, open, and honest therapeutic relationship, viewing it as essential for promoting personal mental health and encouraging healthy relationships in life. His expertise includes interpersonal therapy for individuals, couples, and groups, with a particular passion for supporting young men embarking on their careers, gamers, and adolescents. Kevin has undergone extensive clinical training at The Family Institute at Northwestern University, where he developed skills to assist adolescents dealing with depression, feelings of isolation, bullying, divorce, and other challenges. He has also led anger management groups and therapeutic sessions for men, couples, and individuals facing learning disabilities. Understanding that the connection between client and therapist is the most significant predictor of positive change, Kevin welcomes and encourages client feedback to cultivate a safe, healing environment.
