Home Visiting Program

The Home Visiting Program in Skokie, IL, is dedicated to empowering families through personalized, home-based services that center on child development. Our dedicated home visitors conduct weekly visits to support both children and their parents, fostering essential skills for nurturing growth and learning. Twice a month, we create a warm and inviting space for parents and children to come together for group activities focused on learning, discussion, and social interaction. Our comprehensive services include family child care in a nurturing environment, as well as combination services that blend both home- and center-based approaches. We address critical areas such as nutrition, health and safety, mental health, pregnancy, and overall child development, ensuring families have the resources they need to thrive. All of our home visits are conveniently conducted virtually via ZOOM, making our support accessible and effective for all families enrolled in our program.
